USPS Awards Matheson Postal Services New Contract with CNG Tractors Planned

The United States Postal Service awarded Matheson Postal Services with another large contract which extends across the west coast that began this month and will continue for four years. The new west coast contract will include about 9 million miles of transportation, and in considering environmental sustainability, the company plans to meet transportation needs with all CNG tractors.

“Every new contract is an opportunity to implement improvements that will allow us to keep our 99% on-time track record,” said Matheson Companies President and CEO, Mark Matheson. “Ultimately, it’s an opportunity to show our customers why they choose us first.”
