GAIN Opens Truck-Friendly Station in Colorado
On Thursday, GAIN Clean Fuel, a Division of U.S. Oil, cut the ribbon on a new CNG station in Aurora, Colorado, just east of Denver. The fast-fill public station is located along a major shipping corridor to provide easy access for carriers. The station design was completed by CESO, Inc. On-site construction and management was provided by their sister company DDC, LLC. “Congratulations to our regional carrier fleets for utilizing this domestically produced and cleaner burning alternative fuel,” said Aurora Mayor Steve Hogan. “It’s good for business and it’s also good for Aurora.” It’s projected that this new station will replace the equivalent of 400,000 gallons of diesel fuel in the next year and more than 1.5 million gallons in the next five years. GAIN is on track to build 100 stations across the U.S. over the next three years.
