On November 28, 2018, the Department of Insurance released a final Beneficiary Mitigation Plan (BMP) under the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust.   

The plan includes the following allocations:

80 - 100% Class 4 – 8 School, Shuttle and Transit Buses

0 - 10% Light Duty ZEV Infrastructure

Up to 1% - Administrative
