On Dec. 13, 2018, DEP issued a finalized Beneficiary Mitigation Plan. The plan really is a summary of qualifying mitigation actions and allowable incentive levels. It does not indicate how much funding will be prioritized for eligible categories as most other plans have done. The announcement also indicates that applications for the first round of funding are being accepted until the end of the year (Dec. 31, 2018) at which point DEP will begin evaluating the projects based on the selection criteria in the Beneficiary Mitigation Plan.
