Iowa Operator to Add Landi-Renzo Dual Fuel Gliders to Fleet

Meerdink Trucking, an Iowa-based intrastate trucking operator, is expanding its natural gas fleet by adding CNG-diesel dual fuel trucks to its fleet. The Freightliner trucks have remanufactured, pre-EGR, 12.7L Series 60 Detroit Diesel engines and feature Landi Renzo natural gas fuel systems. Landi Partner Baker Electromotive performs the system integration using Landi Renzo equipment. Baker is also responsible for fabricating the trucks’ back-of- cab arrays using Quantum Q-lite type IV tanks.
