GOV. HASLAM ATTENDS CNG STATION OPENING IN TENNESSEE
• June 2, 2014
On May 23, Governor Bill Haslam joined the Sevier County Utility District (S•C•U•D) for a ribbon cutting at the new S•C•U•D NGV Fueling Station in Sevierville, Tennessee. It is the first CNG station in the region. At the opening, S•C•U•D announced a partnership with Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort’s transportation services to maintain and fuel vehicles to be used for guest transportation. The new S•C•U•D station features both fast-fill dispensers and time-fill hoses. S•C•U•D says it built the NGV fueling center to further their commitment to environmental stewardship, domestic resources, and fiscal responsibility.
