MCNEILUS RECEIVES ORDER FOR 40 CNG BRIDGEMASTER MIXERS

McNeilus, an Oshkosh Corporation, has sold 40 CNG McNeilus Bridgemaster ready-mix trucks to Argos USA, a Houston-based producer of cement and concrete products with 238 concrete plant locations. The trucks feature McNeilus’ next generation (NGEN) CNG configuration with a 60 DGE Type 4 tank. “These 40 McNeilus Bridgemaster trucks are the first-ever CNG trucks purchased by Argos worldwide, and the purchase reflects our management team’s commitment to go green,” said Daryl Mizell, Argos USA sourcing manager. Argos will begin taking delivery of the trucks this spring. Twenty of the vehicles are bound for Argos operations in Houston with the remaining 20 to be delivered to facilities just outside of Dallas. Argos is constructing private time-fill fueling stations with 25 posts at both locations to allow for overnight refueling.
