NGVAmerica’s 30th Annual Meeting and Industry Summit a Success

Last week in Palm Springs, the brightest minds in the natural gas industry met for NGVAmerica’s 30^th Anniversary Industry Summit and Annual Meeting. The week was marked by celebration and education, as a series of panel discussions to discuss the present, past and future of natural gas vehicles were held. Palm Springs itself served as the final stop of the cross country, 14-stop, 5,000-mile road rally to offer an understanding of the positive impact of NGVs on the environment.

Participants were honored to be joined by Gov. Bill Richardson who offered a meaningful keynote address applauding our industry for the advancements made in providing a sustainable fuel that is cheaper and more readily available than the alternatives. He then joined other leaders in the energy field for a CEO panel that dug deeper in discussing the challenges and opportunities in the NGV space.

NGVAmerica was thrilled to honor seven organizations and individuals with the 2018 NGV Achievement Awards and to mark the event’s 30^th anniversary with an incredible reception and gala at the historic Dinah Shore Estate, which offered the perfect setting to celebrate the industry’s successes and toast to the future.
