The Connecticut DEEP submitted it Final Beneficiary Mitigation Plan to the Trustee on April 26, 2018. A copy of the plan is provided below.
Funding allocation:
85% Flex Funds
15% EV Light Duty Infrastructure
VW Trust Funding Opportunity - Deadline Sept. 30, 2021 (4 pm): The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection has announced the availability of $10 million to support the following projects:
- 75% for replacing diesel vehicle and equipment with electric vehicle (EV) equivalents;
- 25% will be available for all other projects regardless of technology;
- 35% of the total will be dedicated to projects located in or benefiting Environmental Justice (EJ) Communities.
