Nebraska finalized its plan on Jan. 5, 2018.  

Plan allocations includes the following:

35% On-road (10% NG and Electric Transit, 25% Diesel or Propane School Buses)

25% DERA (Irrigation engines and refuse trucks)

25% Flex Funds

10% EV Light Duty Infrastructure

5% Administration
