American Natural Gas Acquires Northville NG

On Thursday, American Natural Gas (ANG) announced the acquisition of Northville NG Fuels. The acquisition includes three CNG fueling stations in Indiana, located in Frankfort, Vincennes, and Indianapolis, that serve a variety of high profile customers. Drew West, CEO of ANG, stated, “Acquiring Northville NG Fuels allows ANG to effectively penetrate the CNG station market in Indiana,” said Drew West, CEO of ANG. “We look forward to picking up where Northville NG Fuels left off and leveraging our operational experience and expertise to optimize the station operations at each of the three locations.” ANG is planning significant upgrades at the Indianapolis Airport location to accommodate the increase in demand and to improve reliability, including the addition of a second compressor, three additional bottles of storage and other improvements to enhance the reliability of the station. Operational modifications also will be made to the Frankfort and Vincennes locations to optimize station performance.
