Agility Fuel Systems Appoints New Chief Operating Officer

Agility Fuel Systems has named William Nowicke as their Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Nowicke, who brings over 15 years of operations experience to Agility, most recently served as Vice President of Merger and Acquisition Operations at Platinum Equity, an operations focused global private equity firm, where he led M&A due diligence for over 35 public and private companies ranging in size from $150 million to $3 billion. He has a diverse background in leadership roles within large OEMs, Tier 1, consulting firms, start-ups, and PE organizations. Mr. Nowicke holds a Ross School of Business M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University.
