HEXAGON LINCOLN AND AGILITY FUEL SYSTEMS SIGN JOINT VENTURE

Hexagon Lincoln has entered into an agreement with Agility Fuel Systems to establish a 50/50 joint venture to supply CNG cylinders for fuel systems. The joint venture will allow the two companies to integrate and optimize their value chains and maximize economies of scale. Agility says it has reached a business volume that gives economic justification for a dedicated CNG tank production line that is physically integrated with systems assembly. The new tanks will be based on Hexagon Lincoln core products with unique technology to be jointly developed by the two companies.
